Estrella Lodge is a hosted villa which means that Sandra & Keith are at Estrella Lodge most of the time.  Sandra & Keith will be happy to provide any of your meals, usually, breakfast but we do also cater for lunch time snacks and evening meals.

The ingredients for your meals are purchased fresh from the local supermarket, Thursday market and sometimes from our favourite butcher.  It is home cooked by Sandra in the Estrella Lodge kitchen or on the BBQ.

We squeeze the orange juice fresh each day.  Using the oranges from the trees in the Estrella Lodge orchard.  These will have run out by May so then we buy them after that, from local farmers, markets and when necessary from the supermarket.

Leftover fruit or some donated by friends and neighbours is used to make the marmalade and some of the jam.
