Upstairs on the main living floor we have all the communal rooms:
- 2 lounge areas
- glazed naya with bar
- kitchen
- BBQ terrace for dining
- Office which is housed in what used to be the Marine bedroom
Also 2 of the bedrooms

Lower Floor
Downstairs on the lower floor we have access out to the apartment terrace which leads on to access to the sun terrace and swimming pool or out to the front and the car port, we also have 2 bedrooms

Master Bedroom
Master room is large, bright and our best room with plenty of storage and dressing area, glass walled shower etc

Oriental Bedroom
Oriental room is wheelchair accessible with disabled bathroom across the corridor situated on the main living floor
Spanish Bedroom
Spanish room one of my favourites with en suite shower room – suitable for limited disability
